Goods ordered through this website will only be delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We also ship to the Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Europe and most other countries – you will be contacted with a shipping quote once you have placed your order.

UK Delivery Charges

 Graphics & Emblems - £1.95
Standard Delivery Charge - £3.95
Bulky/Heavy Items - £8.95

 UK delivery will be made by Royal Mail (1st Class Recorded service where possible) or by UPS (other couriers will be used from time to time).

UPS will normally only deliver during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Where possible all orders are processed on the day that they are downloaded and will be delivered within approximately 1-3 working days.

Courier orders received before 11.00am Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Friday before 11.00am will be delivered starting from the next working day.

Sorry but we do not deliver goods to PO Box addresses.

Please note:

• Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as some items are handled by third parties

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays beyond our control.

• Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.

• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Returns Policy

This Return Policy applies to items purchased through the Website or by telephone & shipped under the Terms and Conditions of Sale. It applies to any Goods which were supplied in error, were incomplete, damaged or faulty, or if you are exercising your right of cancellation (point 6 of the Terms and Conditions).

All goods need to be returned back to our premises in the UK

How to make a return

If you want to make a return please contact us via email or by telephone. Return of faulty and/or damaged Goods needs to be within 1 (one) year from the purchase date. For more details about Warranty please see point of the Terms and Conditions. Right of cancellation Returns must be made within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. Returns outside these timeframes will only be accepted at our discretion.

The Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instructions, etc. All Goods will be inspected on return. It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the Goods have been returned, by returning the items by registered post or by such other means which gives proof of date of postage and delivery. We recommend that you return the Goods by means which allow you to track their return and which insures you for the value of the Goods. We do not accept liability for Goods which are damaged or lost during the shipment to us;

Please include your Invoice or Order Confirmation or other proof of purchase. You will be notified by email/telephone once your return has been received and processed. Please also note that we will not process your refund until we receive the Goods. Once we receive the Goods, we will: (a) Examine the Goods you have returned to us to verify whether they are faulty or damaged. (b) Where the Goods are faulty or damaged we will repair/replace or refund the Goods. (c) In any case where the Goods are faulty or damaged we will also refund your delivery costs incurred in returning the Goods to us, provided that you send us satisfactory evidence of the costs actually incurred in returning the Goods. Where such evidence is not provided we will refund you an estimated cost of return postage. Goods that have been returned when you are exercising your right of cancellation (or if the Goods are returned for any other reason than them being faulty or damaged) thee cost of return shall be met by the customer. (d) We will refund your payment method that you used to pay for the Goods, or replace the faulty or damaged Goods

IF THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU.

When you return Goods, PLEASE NOTE THAT all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults or manufacturing defects before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Where possible items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. We do not accept liability for Goods which are damaged or lost during return shipment to us.
